ORANGE & ROSEMARY BRINED BREAST OF TURKEY
Breast of turkey brined overnight in an orange and rosemary brine then oven roasted, served with turkey gravy and orange cranberry chutney

JACK DANIELS HONEY GLAZED HAM
boneless pit ham with a bourbon and honey glaze, served with a pineapple chutney

HERB-CRUSTED PORK LOIN
boneless pork loin crusted in herbs and fresh garlic and slow-roasted, served with caramelized apple chutney and raspberry chipotle sauce

WILD CAUGHT CEDAR WOOD SMOKED SALMON
wild caught salmon filet smoked on cedar wood and served with your choice of a honey glaze, chimichurri sauce, or an asian glaze

 

Carving stations are a great way to add action and interest to your catered event. The Station is accompanied by a stationary buffet with a salad, two side dishes of your choice and fresh-baked
dinner rolls.

 

 

STREET TACOS
pork carnitas with chimichurri sauce, shredded beef, and chicken fajitas, along with a variety of toppings for your guests to dress up their tacos their own way, served with charro beans, cilantro lime rice, cheese dip and fresh-made pico de gallo

GOURMET GRILLED HAMBURGER & CHICKEN SLIDER STATION
grilled mini hamburgers and marinated chicken breast served on freshly-baked slider buns with a wide range of condiments including applewood smoked bacon, stone-ground mustard, a variety of cheeses, and southwest chipotle sauce so that your guests can dress them their way

BREAKFAST QUESADILLAS
we will scramble eggs to order with your guests’ choice of add-ins including picante salsa, sharp cheddar cheese, pepperjack cheese, colorful diced bell peppers, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, mushrooms, spinach, applewood smoked bacon crumble and smoked ham

GRILLED FAJITA ACTION STATION
our chefs will prepare grilled steak and grilled chicken fajitas, served with colorful peppers and onions in warm flour tortillas, accompanied by a stationary buffet with cilantro lime rice, charro beans, cheese dip, pico de gallo, sour cream and shredded mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheeses

PASTA STATION
your guests’ pasta dish will be prepared right in front of them with their choice of marinara or alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, fresh broccoli, spinach, sauteed mushrooms, parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, minced garlic and fresh basil

PHILLY STEAK SANDWICH STATION
black angus choice ribeye steak shaved thin and grilled, topped with colorful peppers, onions, and sauteed mushrooms and guests choice of pepperjack or provolone cheese, served on toasted bread with horseradish cream sauce and rosemary and garlic infused au jus

MASHED POTATO BAR
yukon gold mash and sweet potato mash with a variety of toppings for your guests to choose from including applewood smoked bacon crumble, sour cream, whipped butter, diced green onions, brown sugar, cinnamon, shredded sharp cheddar cheese,
and white pepper gravy

GROWN-UP GRILLED CHEESE & SOUP BAR
a grown up grilled cheese sandwich made with basil pesto sauce along with muenster and Swiss cheese on toasted sourdough bread served with your choice of soup: tomato bisque, chicken tortilla soup, minestroni soup, or broccoli cheese soup

BISCUIT BAR
fresh-baked buttermilk biscuits served chocolate gravy, white peppered sausage gravy, whipped butter, honey, a variety of fruit jellies, applewood smoked bacon, smoked ham, eggs scrambled with picante salsa and sharp cheddar cheese, and country-fried potatoes

ICE CREAM SUNDAE STATION
your guests can choose from chocolate, strawberry or vanilla ice cream and then add all their favorite treats like chocolate and caramel syrup, crushed Snickers candy bar, crushed Butterfinger candy bar, M&Ms, whipped cream, strawberries, pineapple, cherries and roasted peanuts

HOT CHOCOLATE BAR
your guests can dress up their hot chocolate with a variety of add-ins including marshmallows, white chocolate chips, caramel chips, crushed peppermint, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate syrups

BANANAS FOSTER STATION
sweet bananas flambeed with brandy in a caramel sauce and served over vanilla ice cream

S’MORES STATION
let your guests relive their childhood by roasting their own marshmallows, choosing their favorite kind of chocolate, and making their own ooey gooey s’mores

SWEET CREPE STATION
our chefs will prepare you guests’ choice of a bananas foster crepe, made with fresh bananas flambeed with butter and brown sugar and topped with powdered sugar, or a banana split crepe, made with fresh bananas, fresh strawberries, fresh pineapple, chocolate and caramel syrups
