We’re bursting with pride here at Vibrant Occasions! Our Director of Community and Vendor Relations, Leah Seale, has been appointed to the Greater Bryant Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and we couldn’t think of a better person to represent the catering and hospitality industry in this leadership role.

If you know Leah, this news probably doesn’t surprise you one bit. She’s the person who lights up every networking event, remembers everyone’s name (and their dog’s name), and genuinely cares about helping local businesses succeed. That’s truly who she is.

A woman with long hair and glasses smiles in a formal portrait. Text welcomes Leah Seale as a new Bryant Chamber Board Member and Director at Vibrant Occasions Catering. Bryant Chamber logo and contact info appear below.

Why This Matters to Us (and Our Community)

When Leah first joined our team, she brought something special with her: an innate understanding that business relationships should be about more than just transactions. She transformed how we connect with other vendors and event professionals, turning what could be simple business exchanges into genuine partnerships built on mutual support and shared success.

Her approach has always been refreshingly simple: show up, be helpful, and build trust. Whether she’s connecting a florist with a potential client, sharing industry insights at a networking lunch, or brainstorming solutions for a fellow vendor’s challenge, Leah embodies the kind of community-first thinking that makes our local business ecosystem stronger.

Bryant’s Incredible Growth

Here’s something exciting: Bryant is the fastest-growing city in Central Arkansas by population. That kind of growth brings tremendous opportunities for businesses like ours and for the entire region. Having Leah at the table where decisions are being made about business development, advocacy, and community initiatives means the hospitality and events industry will have a voice that truly understands our unique challenges and opportunities.

The Greater Bryant Chamber serves over 550 members, and they’re doing incredible work advocating for business-friendly policies, creating educational resources, and facilitating the kind of networking opportunities that help businesses thrive. Leah’s going to be right at home there.

What This Means for Vibrant Occasions

As Mary Krikorian, our managing partner, put it: “Leah’s appointment to the Chamber board is a natural extension of her commitment to strengthening our local business community. Her ability to build authentic relationships and create meaningful connections makes her an invaluable addition to the Chamber’s leadership team.”

For us, this appointment reinforces something we’ve believed from day one: success isn’t just about creating beautiful events and delicious food (though we’re pretty passionate about both of those things). It’s about being active participants in building a thriving, connected business community where everyone can succeed.

Leah has pioneered some innovative approaches here at Vibrant Occasions, including opening up our company culture club meetings to local event professionals and community leaders. It’s created this amazing ecosystem where ideas flow freely, collaborations happen organically, and everyone benefits from shared knowledge and resources.

Looking Ahead

We asked Leah how she’s feeling about this new role, and true to form, she’s thinking about how she can serve: “I’m honored to join the Greater Bryant Chamber of Commerce Board and contribute to our community’s economic growth. Bryant’s position presents incredible opportunities for business development. I look forward to working with fellow board members to support both existing businesses and attract new enterprises to our area.”

That’s our Leah. Always thinking about how to lift others up.

As she takes on this exciting leadership role, we want her to know how proud we are and how grateful we feel to have someone of her caliber representing not just Vibrant Occasions, but the entire hospitality industry in Central Arkansas.

Here’s to new adventures, continued growth, and the power of genuine community connection. We can’t wait to see the impact Leah will make in this role!

Congratulations, Leah! The Chamber is lucky to have you, and so are we.
