We’re bursting with pride here at Vibrant Occasions! Our Director of Community and Vendor Relations, Leah Seale, has been appointed to the Greater Bryant Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and we couldn’t think of a better person to represent the catering and hospitality industry in this leadership role.
If you know Leah, this news probably doesn’t surprise you one bit. She’s the person who lights up every networking event, remembers everyone’s name (and their dog’s name), and genuinely cares about helping local businesses succeed. That’s truly who she is.
Why This Matters to Us (and Our Community)
When Leah first joined our team, she brought something special with her: an innate understanding that business relationships should be about more than just transactions. She transformed how we connect with other vendors and event professionals, turning what could be simple business exchanges into genuine partnerships built on mutual support and shared success.
Her approach has always been refreshingly simple: show up, be helpful, and build trust. Whether she’s connecting a florist with a potential client, sharing industry insights at a networking lunch, or brainstorming solutions for a fellow vendor’s challenge, Leah embodies the kind of community-first thinking that makes our local business ecosystem stronger.

Here’s something exciting: Bryant is the fastest-growing city in Central Arkansas by population. That kind of growth brings tremendous opportunities for businesses like ours and for the entire region. Having Leah at the table where decisions are being made about business development, advocacy, and community initiatives means the hospitality and events industry will have a voice that truly understands our unique challenges and opportunities.
The Greater Bryant Chamber serves over 550 members, and they’re doing incredible work advocating for business-friendly policies, creating educational resources, and facilitating the kind of networking opportunities that help businesses thrive. Leah’s going to be right at home there.

Leah has pioneered some innovative approaches here at Vibrant Occasions, including opening up our company culture club meetings to local event professionals and community leaders.
