Chicken Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin 1″ long strips
– 5 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tsp. lemon juice
– 1/3 cup olive oil
– 2 tsp. curry powder
– 1 tsp. ground cumin
– 1/2 tsp. salt
– 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
– 1/4 tsp. cardamom
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Add curry powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the bowl and whisk until well combined.
